Hot House are committed to providing a safe and positive learning environment where young musicians can work with talented directors, so as to develop their contemporary music skills. Young musicians will gain confidence and self-esteem whilst rehearsing and performing as part of an ensemble. The friendships and musical experiences earned as a member of a Hot House ensemble will live with your young musician for the rest of their lives!
As a member of Hot House you will have the opportunity of taking part in Gala celebrations (such as shown in the picture below), Christmas Balls, Music Tours to other countries and arrange for private music tuition with one of our specialist coaches! Saxophonix are about to embark on a tour to Osnabruck to perform as part of the 2 cities "twinnings" celebrations in May!
We are hoping to take the Saxophonix on a short tour to Paris at the end of July, watch this space.
We need men! If you know a man who can warble in tune, please invite him along to our Gospel choir. Entertainment and good music guaranteed.
Plans are afoot to release a Hot House CD which will feature all of the current Hot House members and groups. Watch this space...
The gig on April 10th has been postponed until April 18th with a venue change to Horsley Lodge.
We are delighted to announce that Bruce Adams will be attending the 2nd day of the Easter Big Band School. Book your place now to avoid disappointment!
The Hot House Big Band took Britains Got Talent by storm and despite 3 yes votes from the judges the producers have pulled us from the show.
